Cancellation Policy
MISSED APPOINTMENTS / LATE CANCELLATIONS / LATE ARRIVALS: We reserve a space in our schedule specifically for you. If you do not show for your appointment and do not notify us, or if you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours’ notice, you will be responsible for a non-attendance fee of $50. Additionally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we have the right to reschedule your appointment to keep other patients and medical staff on time.
